Healthy Snack Options for Rapid Fat Loss
As a fitness and meal planning expert clients always ask me, “What snacks can I eat that will help me lose ‘weight? They are normally pointing to a body part that has too much fat and they can’t get it off.
Some are hoping that I will say they can eat cookies, chips and candy all they desire.
Well I will never do such a thing. Seriously, people really do want me to tell them what they WANT to hear, but the few far in between clients who take their body seriously ask about some healthy snack options for rapid fat loss. My options are undoubtedly a selection of snacks that add value to my program.
Raw almonds and walnuts but not the roasted variety-unless at home)
Fruit or veggies cut up into sticks-no dipping
Hard-boiled eggs
Low-fat cottage cheese
Hummus
Raw honey and coconut oil mix on a tablespoon 3 times a day
